Promat pipe penetration seals close off penetrations for combustible and non-combustible pipes in walls and ceilings in accordance with standards – for F30 to F90.

Current system approvals as the basis for every installation
We use only Promat products with currently valid approvals. Before every project we verify that the product and installation instructions are up to date – outdated systems are never used.
Every Promat system is planned, installed, inspected and documented by us in accordance with manufacturer specifications – for fully traceable execution.
Our fitters are regularly trained by Promat and know the current installation instructions in detail. That means: no improvisation, no deviations from the approval framework – every seal is installed exactly as the manufacturer specifies.
Site survey & system selection
We analyse the penetrations on site: pipe diameter, material, wall construction and fire protection class – and select the appropriate Promat system from the current approval catalogue. We take into account the medium, operating temperature and the requirements of the relevant fire class.
System-compliant installation
Installation strictly according to Promat's instructions: correct position, fixing and insulation thickness. No improvisation – only verified execution. Every step follows the currently valid approval so that no deviations arise that could compromise the fire protection performance.
Labelling & photo documentation
Every seal is labelled on site and documented photographically: system designation, installation date, installer. This keeps the installation traceable for years – for maintenance, alterations and regulatory inspections.
Handover & inspection documentation
We hand over a complete documentation package with installation records, product data sheets, a layout plan of the seals and approval certificates – ready for inspection by experts, authorities and operators. Digital delivery available on request.
